Jescar & Justin Doueihi No Show

It's been official why Jescar had be a no show along with his brother Justin Doueihi.

Jescar Doueihi has been ruled out till round 1 of the season already with a damaged Achilles and we have no reason why Justin Doueihi had a no show as well. It's also rumored that Jescar and Justin haven't officially signed a contract and it still keeps them open agents for any club to be poached.

While Justin Doueihi had a no show, it was told that he was not ready to come back to training and wanted to extend his holiday and should sign the contract along with his brother on Thursday.

"We have had no contact what so ever from any of the two brothers and were hoping to give them a call or hit them up with a message to see what their status is, as far as we know it Jescar has agreed terms for 2012 and needs to sign the contract to get him locked away from other clubs." Peter Basha Said

"Ah you know first training session back and Jessie not being there was crucial to the team, we thought he'd turn up but i can't wait for him to turn up to next training session which is Thursday and hope him and his brother Justin come along." Rahman Grylls said.

It will all be known officially if Jescar & Justin sign contracts because the transfer market closes on Thursday and training is also on Thursday, so this could determine what happens.

If Jescar does sign for 2012, he would be ruled out for round 1 or could possibly be bench.

Joshua Frangi Calls Retirement

They don't know who their coach will be this year and now Rydalmere FC Under 16's don't know who their goal keeper will be either.

Skipper Joshua Frangi announced on Thursday he would retire from the GDFSA at the end of what has been a tumultuous season for the Rydalmere FC Under 16's, who had 2 coaches within a month and missed out on the finals for the second year in a row.

The 16-year-old admits he was disappointed at the axing of Gabby, but denied he was forced out of the club.

"I made the decision and Basha (Peter) and myself and the club have been open with each other right through the whole process and probably just took a bit of time throughout the year just to decide the time was right.

Ryan was adamant Rydalmere FC didn't force his hand.

"Realistically, I was ready to retire and that's the decision I've made and I'm very happy with that decision," he said.

"It wasn't great to see Gabby depart but it was my personal decision and a decision for my family so that had no real impact."

Rydalmere FC boss Peter Basha was full of praise for Joshua who started his debut in perfect timing when they were needing a goalkeeper and Joshua was scouted and signed for 4 year contract.

"This guy is an ornament not just to our club but to our game," Greenberg said.

After 132 first grade games - All with Rydalmere FC - Frangi said he knew the time was right to call it quits from the game altogether.

Frangi said he talked at length with his family and decided that his body wasn't able to take anymore and needed to have health and family first.

"Just then I tried to chase my brother out in the hallway and I couldn't catch him so I might just retire now," he said.

It was also rumored that Rydalmere FC were offering Joshua Frangi a 2 year extension but turned it down.

RUMOUR: Jescar Doueihi released by Rydalmere FC

The latest rumour doing the rounds is that Jescar Doueihi and the Rydalmere FC have mutually agreed to part ways, to be made official once the Pre-season is over. This was caused due to the injury jescar has been holding for the last few years, Rydalmere may have given him the last thread.
It was reported a few weeks back that the Rydalmere FC had been shopping Doueihi around and it now seems one of these clubs has agreed to take on the Australian/Lebanese international.
Releasing Doueihi will free up a huge amount of cash under the salary cap for the Rydalmere FC, as he’s reported to be on around $1,000,000 per season.
The Greystanes and the Toongabbie are the hot favourites to snare the signature of the enigmatic player, while a retirement also remains an option.
Meanwhile, the Rydalmere FC look set to lose veteran utility Justin Doueihi, with the Lidcombe targeting his versatility. There have also been rumours that left mid "piere merheb" could be lost to a rival club as well.
It’s not clear yet if the club will look to sign a new player to replace the losses or promote from their junior ranks.
UPDATE: Not long after this article was published, Doueihi Facebooked his followers that he wouldn’t be leaving the Rydalmere FC Club due to injury. Perhaps there is no truth to this rumour.

Pre-Seaon session possibly ends in disaster for young Rydalmere FC Jescar Doueihi

TEEN Rydalmere sensation Jescar Doueihi has possibly became the first player ruled out for 2012 - thanks to a re-occurring injury of the Achilles tendon.

On the comeback trail from Achilles Tendon tear that prematurely ended his rookie season in 2009, the 18-year-old centre suffered the same injury during a routine running session last week.
Doueihi's troublesome left Achilles tendon came to more grief upon treading on a rough surface while doing pre-season training at the beach.
Doctors declared a recurrence of the injury almost straight away, their diagnosis could possibly be ending Doueihi's upcoming season with the new season still a month away.
It's believed he underwent rehab yesterday.
Doueihi's possibly loss, however, is a distinct set-back for Rydalmere's which they have gained a few player yet to be confirmed by the club for 2012.
After posting 19 goals from 30 RYDALMERE FC appearances, Doueihi suffered the injury during Doueihi's round 6 loss to the Granville on home soil.
Coach Peter Basha did not return calls last night, but club sources said the 152cm powerhouse was making encouraging progress with his recovery.
"It's absolutely devastating for Jescar because he was doing everything right and was on track to take the field again early next season, which was always the target," one insider said.
"He was just doing a pre-season session, turned and trod on some hard surface and that was it."
The recruitment has given Rydalmere FC more depth in the team for 2012, along with the return of all the rumored gains; Justin Doueihi, Barry Gettany, Chris Gettany, Mark Abou-Mherez.
